Jarga is a luxury handbag brand rooted in Gambian culture and inspired by a rich family legacy. Founded by sisters Jankeh and Saffie Njie, the brand combines Gambian tradition with Scandinavian influence. After years of craftsmanship experience in Europe, Jarga relocated production to The Gambia in 2020 to empower local artisans, create sustainable jobs, and redefine Gambian luxury through bold, handcrafted leather designs.
