The Bajen Bag was created to honor the remarkable life and legacy of Jainaba Badjie, our beloved Bajen (meaning a paternal aunt) a woman of grace, elegance, and unwavering presence.

Her influence became the soul of this collection and the heartbeat of our creative process.
