Items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
However, if there is a fault by JARGA, a return can be made. In order to return your item, you must request a return label. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. If you have any inquiries regarding returns, we recommend contacting us before proceeding with shipment to ensure you are informed about international procedures.
If you need to make a return, it must be done using the same delivery company that originally delivered your package to ensure it is received back at our facility in The Gambia.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s).
If you choose to use a different carrier for the return, any additional costs incurred, such as taxes, will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an item that does not match your order in terms of size or color, please contact us and we will assist you.

Please note that all sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Once the returned product has been approved by us, you will receive an email with a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, minus the initial shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
Exchange orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the original item back, subject to stock availability and in compliance with our shipping policy.
