  • Do you offer international shipping?
    All our products are available for shipping internationally via DHL and locally(including Dakar, Senegal via Fattfatt Delivery & Courier. We ship internationally and all our products are shipped using Fatt Fatt Delivery & Courier and DHL. Note that we do not deliver to post boxes.
  • What if my package is lost or damaged?
    If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately. If you need to make changes to the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the shipping address prior to your package leaving our facility, but rerouting after shipment is not guaranteed.
  • Can I return or exchange my bag?
    Items can only be returned for store credit or exchange. However, if there is a fault by JARGA, a return can be made. In order to return your item, you must request a return label. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. If you have any inquiries regarding returns, we recommend contacting us before proceeding with shipment to ensure you are informed about international procedures. If you need to make a return, it must be done using the same delivery company that originally delivered your package to ensure it is received back at our facility in The Gambia. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). If you choose to use a different carrier for the return, any additional costs incurred, such as taxes, will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an item that does not match your order in terms of size or color, please contact us and we will assist you.
  • Do you ship to P.O boxes?
    We are unfortunately unable to send to P.O. boxes at this time
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout and determined by the size and destination of your order.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
