Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide or Posten Norge. (Note that DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes)

A tracking number will be provided for all orders

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, you can expect your package within 14 working days following an email confirmation for your order.

Jarga Design will notify you by email when your order is to be dispatched to you. The tracking provided by DHL or Posten will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reason for a delay in the delivery.

If you have not received your order within 14 working days, after a confirmation has been sent to you, please notify us by sending an email to order@jargadesign.com as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Jarga Design does accept on regular priced items only.

Pop up sales items, final sale items, sample sale and any items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

After that the returned package will be sent to approval. Jarga design will notify your of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within 30 days.

In case your refund is not approved, a discount code of the same sum of the returned article(s) will be offered for future purchase.

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition including original tags attached.
Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
